An EPA approved Quat. Kitchen Sanitizer made for food contact surfaces including work tables, utensils, etc. This is a concentrated product and must be diluted to 200-400 ppm as instructed on the label. Surfaces must be pre-cleaned before sanitizing. Read instructions on label prior to using.
