Electronic Dishwashing Dispensing System and Services

The Chemical Manufacturing Division of Correction Enterprises offers a variety of chemicals
and services for use in facility maintenance and in Child Nutrition Programs. For efficient,
measured and controlled dispensing of many of our products, we offer a variety of
dispensing systems that fit your individual needs at each location. The correct system is
determined, installed, and checked on a monthly schedule to ensure proper dilution and
operation. All this is done at no charge to you. The dispenser, the installation, the monthly
check and any needed repairs are all at no cost to you as long as our products are being
dispensed through them. Below lists some of the systems that we provide and service.

TITAN DISH MACHINE DETERGENT AND RINSE ADDITIVE PUMPS These are time-tested and dependable digital readout pumps manufactured by Dema Engineering that offer precise, controlled, hands-free dispensing of liquids for both the detergent and rinse additive for your dish machine. Sets up on all types of dish machines. A third pump can be added to dispense a Quat Kitchen Sanitizer.

CHEMICAL MIXING STATIONS These Chemical Mixing Stations provide either 1-gallon per minute flow, or 4-gallon per minute. They are used for a variety of products, i.e. degreaser, floor cleaner, disinfectants, sanitizers, and detergents. Press the button for precise dilution at all times. An anti-syphon (backflow preventer) device is built-in.

FAUCET PROPORTIONERS Easy to use Faucet Proportioners for your pot and pan sinks to correctly dispense detergents and provide clean, clear water when not activated. Approved anti-syphon device is built into this dispenser.

DRAIN MAINTENANCE Tired of slow-moving drains and bad odor problems? Fix it with our programmable chemical pumps that dispense a pre-measured biodegradable enzyme to keep your drains flowing good and odor-free. This operates at intervals depending on your need as set by the technician.

Above are but a few of our dispensing systems. Our controlled-dispensing systems program will help you keep your costs down and maintenance is worry-free. We maintain it all, again at no cost to you.
