Print & Quick Copy Services
The Print and the Quick Copy facility both have electronic file receipt and storage capabilities, along with laminating, mounting and many types of binding. The Quick Copy facility also offers colorful wide-format printing available as banners or posters while the Print facility recently purchased a 40-inch, 5-color Heidelberg press with a coater. This $1.5 million dollar addition has the capacity of producing 12,000 sheets per hour. It is the largest press in operation at the plant and its state-of-the-art color control computer module makes press runs more manageable and consistent. The aqueous coater also gives customers a choice of finish they want applied to the printed sheet. In addition, the infrared dryer seals the ink rapidly on each sheet, creating a finished product in much less time.
